The farm had a house and 3 barns/stables, 1 carriage, 4 wagons, 2 ploughs, and 1 farming mill. 100 acres were improved land, of which 44 acres were pasture.
16 acres were planted with wheat yielding 75 bushels spring wheat and 140 bushels fall wheat.
Their farm also produced 18 bushels barley, 230 bushels oats, 90 bushels peas, 140 bushels potatoes, 300 bushels turnips, 1 bushel beets, 30 bushels of apples and 1 bushel other fruit.
20 acres of hay produced 18 tons.
The farm had 3 horses, 3 colts, 2 work oxen, 8 milk cows, 10 cattle, 28 sheep and 10 swine. 2 cattle, 20 sheep and 6 swine were killed or sold for slaughter that year.
They also produced 500 pounds of butter, 60 pounds home made cheese, 120 pounds of wool and 20 yards of cloth.
The woods yielded 12 cords of fire wood and 218 pine logs.
